c) Change of Mind:
  • For non-defective items, if you simply change your mind or are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund Process:

  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 1-5 business days after the inspection.
Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
j) Final Sale Items:
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of damage or defects.
